🕊️ Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
•Unused and in original condition
•In original packaging
•Free from wear, damage, or signs of use
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
📦 Non‑Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
•Used candles or home‑fragrance products
•Gift cards
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please see the section below.
🧾 Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us at smellgoodscandles1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within10 business days.Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
•Photos of the product
•Photos of the packaging
•Your order number
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.
🔄 Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
