All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high‑volume periods or product launches, processing may extend slightly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

🧾 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
For lost packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but will not guarantee replacement.
